On February 28 we will celebrate the snake shedding its skin as we end the year of the snake and enter into the year of the horse. This happens to be the year of the fire horse - an event that happens only every 60 years. The year of the fire horse is viewed as a year of optimism and opportunity - worthy of celebration!
