Dinner Culture - 2021
A nod to that great greasy spoon was all know and love.


Chili
smoked tomato gazpacho, beans, mirepoix


“Onion Ring” ring
chicken salad, gluten free onion bread ring (pureed, roasted caramalized and sliced onions) with diner chicken salad and ranch glaze


Steak and Eggs
seared "everything bagel" seasoned steak, circulator poached eggs, summer veg sautee, house made hummus and sambal.


Corned Beef Hash...browns
hash brown gnocchi with corn beef ragout, saurkraut cream, and buttermilk arugula salad.


Pancake, cake
Super sized pancakes layered with marshmallow buttercream icing and butterscotch and vanilla pudding. Topped with crumbled Golden Grahams, maple syrup, bourbon syrup....and more pudding.
